AdVio is a mobile advertising platform based in Irvine, CA. We connect drivers who display bumper advertisements with businesses looking to advertise.

Information We Collect

When you sign up as a driver, we collect:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Vehicle information (make, model, color, license plate)
  • Approximate location (zip code)
  • Daily driving habits
  • Photos of your vehicle with the BumpStick applied

How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your AdVio account
  • To verify your vehicle and BumpStick placement
  • To send you SMS messages related to onboarding, account updates, and service communications
  • To process payments for your participation
  • To match you with relevant advertising campaigns

SMS Messaging Terms

By signing up and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from AdVio. This includes:

  • Account verification and onboarding messages
  • BumpStick application instructions
  • Photo review status updates
  • Service announcements and account notifications

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for support or contact us at hello@advio.app.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may still use our services without SMS, though certain onboarding steps require text verification.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers (Twilio for SMS, Supabase for data storage) that help us operate the platform
  • Advertisers receive only aggregate, anonymized data about campaign reach — never your personal details

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure database storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You may request to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data

Terms of Service

By using AdVio, you agree to the following:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • The vehicle information you provide is accurate
  • You will apply and maintain the BumpStick as instructed
  • You will not tamper with, obscure, or remove the BumpStick while enrolled in an active campaign
  • AdVio reserves the right to approve or reject BumpStick placements
  • AdVio may modify or discontinue the service at any time
